Arrange Displays

What This Does

Place the iPad display on the correct side of your Mac.

Why It's Useful

If the virtual screen layout does not match your desk, moving the pointer between displays feels backwards and slows you down.

How to Do It

  1. On the Mac, open System Settings
  2. Choose Displays
  3. Click Arrange
  4. Drag the iPad display icon to match its real position
  5. Move the pointer across that edge to test it

Try This Now

Arrange the iPad to the right of your Mac if that is where it sits physically. Drag the pointer off the right edge and confirm it appears on the iPad.

Mental Hook: The screen map should match your desk.
