Working Hours
What This Does
Working Hours define when colleagues can schedule meetings with you. Events outside those hours show as warnings to invitees.
Why It's Useful
Without boundaries, your 6 PM slot becomes fair game. Working hours signal availability without awkward declines.
How to Do It
- Settings → Working hours & location
- Set start and end times for each workday
- Enable Working location if you hybrid-work
- Others see a warning when inviting you outside these hours
Try This Now
Set working hours ending at 5:30 PM and inspect a fake evening invite.
