What This Does
Canned Responses (Templates) let you save boilerplate text—pricing quotes, onboarding steps, FAQ answers—and insert them into any compose window.
Why It's Useful
If you type the same paragraph weekly, you are wasting time and introducing typos.
How to Do It
- Settings → Advanced → enable Templates
- Compose an email → three-dot menu → Templates → Save draft as template
- To insert: three-dot menu → Templates → pick your template
- Update templates when pricing or policies change
