Multiple Signatures

What This Does

Gmail supports multiple signatures—you can assign defaults for new emails vs replies and pick per-message.

Why It's Useful

Freelancers need different signatures for each client or role. The wrong phone number on a signature looks unprofessional.

How to Do It

1. Settings → General → Signature → Create new
2. Name each signature (Work, Personal, Client-A)
3. In compose, click the pen icon to switch signatures
4. Set defaults for new emails and replies separately
