Multiple Workspace Organizations
What This Does
If you belong to multiple Workspace organizations (consultant, board member, side business), each org is a separate Google account with its own admin and Shared Drives.
Why It's Useful
Mixing orgs in one profile causes wrong-Drive uploads and calendar conflicts. Client data can end up visible to the wrong organization.
How to Do It
- Create one Chrome Profile per Workspace organization
- Use naming: ClientName-Workspace
- Never cross-share files between orgs without explicit export
- Color-code Calendar accounts per org
