Multiple Calendars
What This Does
You can own multiple calendars—Work, Personal, Side Project—and subscribe to shared team calendars. Each toggles on/off in the left sidebar.
Why It's Useful
Dumping everything on one calendar makes scheduling conflicts invisible. Separate calendars clarify what is movable vs fixed.
How to Do It
- Click + next to Other calendars → Create new calendar
- Name and color-code each calendar
- Uncheck calendars to hide them without deleting events
- Share team calendars with specific edit or view permissions
