Keep Labels & Pins
What This Does
Google Keep lets you pin notes to the top and apply color-coded labels for project or context grouping.
Why It's Useful
A flat list of notes becomes unfindable. Pins and labels create lightweight organization without folder hierarchy.
How to Do It
- Open a note → click Pin icon
- Click Label icon to create or assign labels
- Filter sidebar by label
- Use colors consistently: yellow = ideas, red = urgent
