What This Does
Focus Time events automatically decline meeting invites during the block and can trigger notification silencing on mobile.
Why It's Useful
An empty calendar invites meeting requests. Focus blocks communicate unavailability proactively.
How to Do It
- Create event → type Focus time or pick from event type dropdown
- Set recurrence for daily deep-work windows
- Enable Automatically decline meetings
- Choose whether to show as busy or free to outsiders
Try This Now
Block two hours tomorrow as Focus Time with auto-decline enabled.
Mental Hook: Focus time = do not disturb with a calendar entry.
