What This Does

Filter views let you sort and filter a shared sheet without changing what collaborators see—each person saves their own view.

Why It's Useful

Sorting a shared sheet for your analysis scrambles everyone else's view. Filter views isolate your lens.

How to Do It

1. Data → Filter views → Create new filter view
2. Name it (e.g., My Q3 view)
3. Apply filters and sorts—they save to this view only
4. Switch views from the filter view dropdown
