Color Coding Events
What This Does
Calendar colors work at the calendar level (all events inherit) or per-event for one-off emphasis.
Why It's Useful
Glancing at a wall of blue blocks tells you nothing. Color coding reveals meeting types, clients, or energy levels instantly.
How to Do It
- Set a default color when creating a calendar
- Click an event → palette icon to override one event's color
- Use consistent rules: red = external clients, green = focus blocks
- Enable Reduce brightness of past events in Settings for clarity
